Pumpkin Chocolate Chip Muffins

Oh no! Brace yourselves - The pumpkin craze is beginning! I have a slight obsession,
(to say the least :)).

For some other great pumpkin recipes try:

Here's to a GREAT after school snack, or grab and go pick-me-up

Dry:
1 1/2 C White Whole Wheat Flour
1 tsp Baking Powder
1/2 tsp Baking Soda
1/2 tsp Salt
1 tsp Cinnamon
1/2 tsp Cloves
1/2 tsp Nutmeg
1/4-1/2 C Raw Cane Sugar or Brown Sugar

Wet:
One 12 oz can pure pumpkin
1/3 C Plain Fat Free Greek Yogurt
2 Eggs
1 tsp Vanilla
1/3 C Honey

Mix Wet and Dry ingredients separately. Don't over blend! Fold in about 2-4 Cups of Dark Chocolate Chips (pretty much however much you like!) and any chopped nuts if you want. Let batter sit for atleast 10 minutes.

Fill greased muffin tins, and bake at 350 for 18-20 minutes.

If you want to add a cinnamon topping. Just stir together 2 Tbl of sugar and 1 tsp cinnamon and sprinkle over the tops before baking. (the ones I
did this to, sorta flattened and didn't look as pretty??)
