This is the PERFECT, filling fall soup!
My family loved it, and I loved that it is a meal in one!
Its a bit time consuming considering you have to make the broth homemade, but it's worth it!
I doubled it so that I could freeze it to make this again!
You can also make it faster by buying diced butternut squash in the frozen section.
I followed the recipe as followed except for the dumplings:
1 C Whole Wheat Pastry Flour
1 TBl Baking Soda
1 tsp Salt
1-1 1/2 C Milk
