Roasted Pumpkin Seeds

Okay  - we have all been there. Who wants to dig out those nasty seeds for a semi chewy snack?? 
Not me!! 
If you try this method over at Ohsheglows, you will not be disappointed! Since we are all in the pumpkin carving zone - give these a try!

Pumpkin seeds really are so good for you! Add to salads, granola, soups, or trail mix!

She boils for 10 minutes first and bakes at 325 or about 20 minutes.

 Mostly I like the simple version and sprinkle mine with garlic salt. But the options are endless! Pumpkin pie spice
Cocoa with stevia and sea salt (sweet salty)
Chili Powder and a little salt
Little sugar and salt
Coconut Oil and cinnamon!

Any other ideas?
