Coconut Almond Butter Crispy Bars - NO COOK!

No Cook, Gluten Free, Sugar Free,
FAST, EASY, FUN!




1/2 c coconut butter
1/4 c almond butter
1/2 tsp salt
1 1/2 tsp vanilla
pinch of cinnamon (optional)
1 1/2 packets of stevia or 1/4 c maple syrup 
3/4 c brown puffed rice

1) Puree Coconut Butter, (you can buy or make homemade -  (put about 3 cups of unsweetened coconut in food processor and puree about 10 minutes until liquid)) and Almond Butter together. 
2) Add salt, vanilla, and sweetener. Mix. 
3) Stir in puffed rice. 
4) Press in parchment lined 8x8 dish and refrigerate about 15 minutes. 
Slice and serve. Yum!
