I am an active Stay At Home Mom with too many hobbies! One of them being cooking. I am not at all an expert, but have spent many years attempting to cook healthier recipes. I almost always alter any recipe I read, to make it better for me and my family. Although I never say no to my chocolate (dark of course!), I always try to cut back and re-create to make other aspects a lot more in balance. Some things turn out great, and some not so great. I have recently started wavering on the 'vegan/vegetarian' side of things. I am not at all 100%, but through the things I have read, believe that I am eating the healthiest that way. I am on a quest for pure and wholesome foods.
