Lemon Blueberry Oats

A Breakfast thats Effortless, Easy, and Energizing!
 To wake your senses, keep you full, and brighten your day!



2 1/2 c oats
2 cups water
1 c Almond Milk or Coconut milk (or regular milk)
Zest of one small lemon
1 Tbl lemon juice, or more to taste
1/2 tsp salt
3/4 c small frozen or fresh blueberries
1/8-1/4 c pure maple syrup
1 Tbl chia seeds

Add Oats and water to pot. Bring to boil over med/high heat. Cook for about 4-5 minutes. Add in Lemon Zest, Lemon Juice (be sure to taste test as you go), Salt, Blueberries, Maple Syrup, and Chia Seeds. Simmer over low heat until desired consistency.

Serve with a little more milk, fresh blueberries, and chopped pecans if desired.
