Egg Nog Energy Bites!!

1 Cup Oats
2/3 C unsweetened shredded coconut
1/4 C Macadamia Nut butter or Cashew Butter
1/4 C Raw cashews
1 Tbsp Ground Flaxseed
1/2 C Pitted Dates (about 6-8) 
(if you don't have dates try 1/4 c raw honey)
1/2 tsp Kosher Salt
1 tsp Rum Extract
1 tsp Vanilla Extract
1/2 tsp Nutmeg
1-2 Tbsp Almond milk

Put all ingredients into food processor except milk. Pulse well until all combined. Add a tiny bit of milk at a time just until you can squeeze a ball together (don't add too much milk). Form into small balls and sprinkle with coconut or nutmeg if desired. Store in fridge or freezer.
